Smart Glass

Kathleen Plate of Georgia believes in living a simple life, while placing meaning on certain fundamentals. Among these is honoring the Earth... a belief that shines through in her Smart Glass line of jewelry made from sterling silver and reused glass bottles including Coca-Cola¨ bottles. Kathleen adds no color to the glass. Instead she finds glass bottles of the colors she wants and then cleans, cuts and polishes. The results are dazzling.

Turning Green

Turning Green makes functional wooden art while focusing on the use of sustainable woods. All pieces are hand-made by Matt and Heather at their studio home in Louisville, KY. Each frame is made using all solid wood construction from boards that have been hand-picked for their unique grain and color.
