Brenda Griffith

Brenda Griffith apprenticed with a stained glass artist for two years starting in 1985. There she was introduced to glass fusing and slumping techniques. In 1987, Brenda launched Siyeh Studio and never looked back.

"It's important to me that my work be both beautiful and functional,” Brenda says of her fused glass art. “I like to make plates, platters and bowls and I want the people who feel compelled to own them to also use them." All of Siyeh Studio's fused glass dinnerware is food safe, and nearly all is dishwasher safe as well... although they should never be placed in the microwave.
