· Roxann Astra Slate grew up in a family of glass artists on the East Coast of the US and has been flameworking since she was 10 years old. Roxann has worked extensively at the Corning Museum of Glass with glass artists from around the world. She earned her BA when she was 19 years old from Bard College at Simon's Rock. Her work can be seen in many fine galleries and museum stores including The Brooklyn Museum, The Museum of the City of New York, The Corning Museum of Glass and the Galleries of An American Craftsman.
· Vinosus Jewelry is hand fabricated metalwork with only a little use of soldering, welding and casting. A signature brushed metal finish is applied to most of sterling silver and 14k gold-fill designs, with some offering a high polished finish. All pearls are fresh water, gems are AAA grade quality, and metals are sourced eco-friendly. When you wear Vinosus Jewelry you are wearing a piece of art made from the heart. · Jewelry designer Patricia Locke (pictured along with business partner Deborah Rethemeyer) has been crafting fine jewelry since 1971. Her work is recognizable for it's use of asymmetrical, geometric, multi-metal combinations and its classic, heirloom sensibilities. Constructed using 24k gold, sterling silver, bronze and pewter, Patricia's designs are accented with semi-precious gemstones, Swarovski crystals, glass beads, and faux pearls.
